In response to a kind invitation from the College of Engineering, Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr Laith Shakir Rasheed Al-Qarawi, participated in the Third International Conference on Civil Engineering Sciences at the College of Engineering, Al-Qadisiyah University. Under the slogan (Environment, Construction and Sustainability), which was held in the College of Engineering on 15-16 March 2023 with the participation of a local and international elite of researchers and academics, as it includes more than eighty papers on different branches of civil engineering and with the participation of researchers from many countries, for example, the UK, the USA, Russia, Italy, and Iran.
Al-Qarawi said that the College of Engineering, University of Kerbala seeks to enhance the horizons of constructive scientific cooperation between Iraqi and international universities, which comes within the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to improve the educational and research process.
